APPLEMORE COLLEGE GCSE RESULTS 2016

We are delighted to be celebrating the fantastic results achieved by our students in all subjects, with an unsurpassed 80% achieving A*-C in English and 68% in Maths.  These results reflect the extraordinary effort and determination to succeed by our students and the investment in their futures by our dedicated and hardworking staff.  Our thanks must also go to all our parents for their amazing support throughout the year which obviously contributed towards this success.

Overall, 64% of our students achieved 5A*-C with English and Maths, with significant numbers gaining the very highest A/A* grades across the full range of subjects.  Very special mention must go to Dahria Kuyser who gained an unrivalled twelve subjects all at Grade A*, Bryony Labram and Maximillian Baker who both achieved twelve Grade A*/As, Josh Hooper who achieved ten, Fleur Moore and Natasha Wood who both achieved eight grade A*/As and Abigail Jenkinson with seven A*/A – a really fantastic achievement!
